Display Notes from Funeral Options Events on Case Summary/Schedule of Services section, printouts, and Funeral Options event list

Notes made within the Event on the Funeral Options page do not display outside of the widget for the Event. Notes should be displayed on the Funeral Options page list of events, on the printout for that page/section, as well as on the Case Summary/Schedule of Services section and the print out for that page.
