When you are in the process of converting a case to an at-need, most fields under case information light up as soon as you check the box before you hit save. Can this happen for the care center tracking box as well? Currently, you have to save and then you can enable care center tracking, but I was speaking a funeral home, and they were concerned that staff might forget to check the box.
