It would be helpful to see easily acquaintances phone numbers when looking up a case. I would suggest including this info where they are listed on Case Summary and on Family & Friends pages.
Currently on the Case Summary page you can view email, phone, and address information for all acquaintances by clicking the arrow by their name (see image below). Does this help accomplish what you're looking for?
