I think it would be extremely beneficial if cases listed as pre-need's had access to the collaboration center. Often times we will send a form out to a family prior to their pre-arrangement appointment that allows us to get some basic information to keep on file; this information is very similar to what the collaboration center offers users to fill in. I think several funeral homes have an online pre-plan form that is accessible from their website so if there was a way to integrate this collaboration center to allow people to begin a case for someone who is looking for future services, it would be extremely beneficial. Often times we find ourselves receiving these forms and having to transfer the information into a case. Integrating these two items will help alleviate having to use several platforms as opposed to just Passare. Thank you!
