Notifications should be filtered

Hi. I love the Planning Center notifications. However, they are too frequent. It would seem that every time a family types something (even in the same field), it sends an alert. This is my assumption, because when going through the thread of notifications, there are multiple duplications, with only 1 or 2 textual differences.

Recently I received 22 notifications on one family within a matter of 5-10 minutes. Most of them were duplicates with minor differences.

I copy/pasted the string of alerts into a Word Doc and it was 6 pages and the time window from the first alert to the last was only minutes.

Can you please revisit PC notifications so that it only sends an alert when a different section is changed, or even limit it to a session?
