Our bigger locations that own multiple brands would like to utilize self-started cases currently this is difficult because it is all set up at the org level. I would like to be able to have a different link for each branch and those self-started cases go directly to the branch they are started for. This would help with the assigning of cases and the logo on the planning center showing the branch logo instead of the org logo.
This would be great for those organizations that have branches in different cities/states/etc. It would allow for the Self-Started cases link to divide the cases into the respective branches rather than into one branch and potentially getting lost in the mix!
