It would be most helpful if the Secondary Arranger on a case could receive Message notifications when the family leaves messages in the PC.
Secondary arrangers have the ability to set up notifications for Planning Center messages similar to the funeral director. As long as their notifications are set up for that, they should be notified when new messages are posted! If this isn't happening, please let us know and we will look into it further.
Well, Secondary arrangers currently do not get notifications on other PC activity (unless something changed recently), so I assumed. We'll test it.
