Add a Planning Center for Pet Cases

Our pet family members want to be able to add their own information and can be great pre-need leads for our funeral home. We would like to be able to interact with them in the same way we interact with our families in the Planning Center

To do this, we would need the ability to customize the vitals to make them more appropriate for pet cases - otherwise, very little would need to change. :)
