Ask for how many Death Certificates

One of the main questions we have to ask families is how many copies of the Certifed Death Certificates they will need. It would be nice if this was one of the questions in the PC, along with a list of common institutions that need them.

I'm not sure where the best location for this would be, but probably as another tab on the "Life" tab...maybe "Other"

Also, we may need a place in Passare for this information to be populated. There's really not a spot now, so I suppose it could be listed as one of the items on the Planning Center page, below the Funeral Details section.
