Example: Say my dad passed away 5 years ago, the funeral home sent me an invite to the collaboration center and I used it for my dad....yesterday a different family member passed away, the funeral home sent me a collaboration center invite (using the same email address) but when i log in to the collaboration center, i am in my Dad's not the different family member. How do I switch?

Families may not know how to switch to another family member and Funeral Directors may not know they had access before so they would not know to instruct the person of this beforehand.

Funeral Home's Experience "We were instructed to have a family select an arrow that was never explained to us so how would a family know to make that selection....very frustrated"
