When creating a first call, a weight is essential to know the personnel and resources needed for the pickup, regardless if it is a cremation or not. Height would also be helpful as it is a good identifier of the decedent.

I would like to see Passare ofer Aftercare system. We use one buts its just gotten so expensive that we dont really like to use it.

All families would benefit from it. Its like the survey send out, but instead its 5 cards ayear per family for first holiday, first anniversary of the loss for the first year only. It is ver effective.
