Relationship of Ex-Spouse

In the state of Massachusetts, it is required to have the ex-spouse listed on the death certificate. we currently do not have a way to mark this except for using "other" and cannot map this to a field because it might not always be the exspouse

We used to be able to see what area the comment came from. If someone puts a comment in the checklist (i.e. death certificate), the comment is in the notes, but we have no idea what that note is pertaining to. We have to go check all the checklist...

Canadian Provinces Listed for License

Embalming Page- add Tank Size option for all injections/fluids

It was suggested that the option to record the tank size for each injection type be added to the Embalming Page/Care Center in cases where the tank sizes are not the same for all injection fluids. This will help make paperwork/records more accurate.
