Default Reminders for Checklist

I would like to create default reminders for the task that would save within the checklist. Example, reminder set to 24 hours prior to service remind FD if task is not completed.

Adding Date to Line Items on Goods and Services

It would be a lot easier to add the line item addition date to the goods and services pages rather than having to pull the reports just to simply find a date.

Default Disposition per Branch

Customer would like to be able to default a disposition per branch like we can for case type per branch. Her example was that the crematory and pet branch disposition will always be cremation (for them).

Blank Form Mapping To Default to Blank Instead of No

Whenever you are mapping a form there is no way to have it default to a blank spot for a Yes or No answer. For example if I wanted an area to be blank but still have the mapping for when the data is marked as yes/no it will automatically put in a No.
