It would be really helpful if more than one item at a time could be deleted from the checklists.

The checklists are inefficient. It is time consuming to delete items one at a time. We do not use this feature as much as we'd like because of this.

Permissions to Mark/Unmark Important Notes

Notification for Conflicting Funeral Services

When entering a case under the quick add to please add the option to add the middle name or initial...not a requirement! This is especially helpful when adding multiple clients both pre-need and at-need.
