Be able to print a document for Rolodex Entries

Have a document that can be added to rolodex entries so they can be printed from the case when the entry is selected. This is more efficient then having to copy and paste notes from within the entry onto a word document.

Default Reminders for Checklist

Adding Date to Line Items on Goods and Services

It would be a lot easier to add the line item addition date to the goods and services pages rather than having to pull the reports just to simply find a date.

Default Disposition per Branch

Ability to see who is logged in from your organization and then live chat for instant messaging with team members

This would allow for somewhat direct communication between members of the same organization when a response is needed quickly. Ideally, it would have some sort of mobile component/capability for when staff is working in the field.
