In the calendar mode on the desktop of Passare, is there a way to make it put multiple events for one case right next to each other. For example, on Friday, August 14: John Smith has a visitation from 10-11AM, service at 11AM, burial at Noon. Currently for us, due to our size, it lists everything according to time rather then clustering the three events together for the one case. Just think it would be a bit easier to read if this was the case.
Not sure if you just want to see all events for a single case on the system calendar, but you can see that when you're in the case. From the calendar when you click on an event it opens the case and on the first page (Case Summary) of the case you see all events for that case. We also created a future services dashboard view where it shows all related to a case on one line.
