Enable replication of case under new case ID (for Spouse)

This would be helpful both on the Preneed and At Need side. For preneed, there are many times when our Preneed counselor enters a preneed for a husband and wife at the same time. On at need, for example, we periodically deal with cases where we are taking care of the husband and wife at the same time (car wreck, etc). It would be very helpful to be able to generate a copy of an existing case so we would not have to double enter all details. I should note that feature is needed very frequently for Preneeds.
