My staff has a few suggestions/complaints about how cases can be managed due to the case/client type/status.
Can we please be allowed to choose a client service type for an Imminent Need case? Preneed cases would be nice too, but it's especially frustrating with Imminent Need. We populate checklists based on the client service, and could start entering information...except we can't because we can't pick a service type.
Can we please be allowed to make a Preneed Case into an Imminent Need Case? That's a really, really common status update.
Can Merchandise in Planning Center please be available for ALL cases, including Preneed?
Can "Case Created" like not be a thing anymore? It's rarely helpful, instead, it usually causes problems. Staff often accidentally enter that date instead of date of death. It also makes the mobile app unusable, because that's the only way to sort cases...so if my most recent At-Need was converted from a 3 year old Preneed, no one will ever see it. I can't pin it to a director's app, so I have to text them, tell them to search it and pin it--which is a step I don't bother with. Instead, we just don't use the app.
