Users would like the option to restrict/allow certain roles access to promote Rolodex entries. This should apply to Custom Entries (blue 'plus' icon > Save to Organization Rolodex' checkbox) and Main Rolodex (Admin > Rolodex > click into entry > 'Promote to Main Rolodex' checkbox).
Both checkboxes (see screenshots) should not be available at all to users where the permission is deselected.
This is helpful for some funeral homes who designate a staff to manage the "company" rolodex (main list) and funeral directors are responsible for adding in custom entries only.

Can Add Custom Rolodex Entries
permission in Passare. We will create a feature to update the title of that permission though, as I can see how this would cause some confusion.
