We have a payment form for Insurance and it will show as Pending until payment comes through. However, Passare only allows tracking if we use CLAIMCHECK and we do our own in-house on insurance assignments. The dashboard view created will show nothing further for us. One item I'd like to see is Insurance Company Name.
In addition to the above, we also do our own in-house assignments. We would like to be able to track all insurance submittals, to include the following information: insurance company, policy number, face value of policy, date of filing, date company notified, beneficiary, and any other information that would be deemed pertinent. There would need to be potential multiple entries with different companies and multiple policy entries under the same company (multiple policy numbers and info). It would also be beneficial for the insurance policy, and related information, to show in the payments section as "PENDING".
