Search by Case Reference (Cash Sales)

Users would like to see all associated cases (connected by Case Reference) when searching by at-need OR cash sale. Currently, searching by Cash Sale name will pull an associated At-Need, but searching At-Need name will not pull associated Cash Sales.

See attached screenshots - searching by Cash Sale (Lallemont) yields all associated cases, but searching by At Need (Evenson) yields only that case.

I came on here this morning to suggest just this!

I was desperately searching for a keepsake urn order this morning, but could not find it because even though it was a cash sale associated with the decedent's case, I couldn't find it in any search because the purchaser was a more distant family member. The name of the decedent and the name of the recipient didn't find the cash sale. It took us a while to find the name of the person who actually paid.

I would love if associated cash sales showed up as secondary tabs on Good and Services, like the preneed contract does now. There are so many times this would be useful. Often, merchandise (some flower pieces, the headstone) and cash advances (ministers, musicians, obits) are covered by different family members than the primary purchaser. I want those statements in the case file, but it would be nice to have separate bills. Adding visibility in the actual case file of the cash sales would solve this issue, too.
