Include All Case Types on the Case Count System Report

A customer is needing a report with the number of cases for each case type they had last year/this year. In our system report Case Count it only counts the number of At-Needs and groups it by Case Status & Branch. We need this report to pull the case count for all case types or allow the customer to choose which case types they would like a count on.
