It would be very useful to be able to perform mass actions on multiple cases at once from the Dashboard.
Some mass action examples might be:
Case Status
Disposition Type
Client Service Type
Funeral Director
Case Tags
...to name a few.
In order to do this, you will likely need to have a checkbox to select the cases for which you want to perform these actions. Alternatively, you could make it a Ctrl + Click option to select.
