E-Signature Procedure Clarification

There have been multiple instances where families have reported that they were unable to access the document for signing. Since users are asked to create their signature/initials before seeing the form, I wonder if this is causing some concern and confusion for families.

Once they are aware of the process, they are typically able to sign without any issues. Perhaps we can add some clarity by providing additional wording or a prompt that lets the user know they will view the document(s) to begin signing once they have created their signature and initials.
