Allow all communication (messages, emails, notes) with family to be tied within the case
As a user, it would be helpful to be able to tie all our communication with the family to the case. So when we pull up the case, we can see all forms of communication (such as emails, messages, etc.) we have had with the family.

Everything we do is on military time, to avoid mistakes: Death Certificates, Time of Death, Appointments, you name it. Having this option will make your software more appealing.

Auto capitalize the first letter in fields like names, cities, etc.
As a user, it would be helpful and save time if when we entered first, middle, last names and other fields that need to be capitalized, it would automatically capitalize the first letter.
