It would be really beneficial to have the ability to set a default Funeral Director especially when there is only one Funeral Director in the Funeral Home. This way the funeral director doesnt have to assign themselves to every single case.

Add weight and height to all case types, entry in First Call

When creating a first call, a weight is essential to know the personnel and resources needed for the pickup, regardless if it is a cremation or not. Height would also be helpful as it is a good identifier of the decedent.

Unknown Time of Death

Currently there is not a way to indicate if the time of death is unknown. It would be really helpful to be able to indicate this!

Ability to automatically send out invoices to the families on a specific schedule. For instance, 5 day out from the funeral service they family would recieve an invoice via email, or added in the planning center.
