On the Vitals page, if adding Transfer Authorizer AND ALSO an Embalming Authorizer and they're the same person, the person gets added to F&F twice.

Vitals Beta: Entering Zip Code only no longer populates city/state

Prior to the Vitals Beta implementation, pretty much anywhere in Passare where there were address fields, you could enter the zip code and it would automatically populate the city and state. This is not happening in the Vitals Beta.

Auto capitalize the first letter in fields like names, cities, etc.
