Payment screen- Payor address Tab stops are out of order

"Other" Rolodex Entries added as a payer

Having the option to have a Rolodex entry that is listed as "Other" on the "Other-Organization" be able to have the option to be added as payer on the payments and adjustments. Especially when that organization is used frequently.
