User Story
Currently, the Contact Type of certain rolodex items, Organization and Business, appear in the DocX output, which isn't needed. For example, if you have a rolodex entry of 'St. Timothy's Episcopal Church,' the output will be 'St. Timothy's Episcopal Church (Organization).'
Several customers are needing to manually delete the Contact Type from documents. This may be happening with User Reports too. This has been a long known issue that has yet to get corrected. Recently it has been reported by WTFA, Miller, Hayworth-Miller, Vertin, and Hanson-Runsvold.
Please keep Rachel and me in the loop to let the customer know of the status.
