Transfer Report Available on Transfer Care Center Screen

It was requested that since Michigan has recently started requiring case reports about the transfer of a decedent as well as the embalming, that a transfer report be available on the Transfer screen under Care Center as there is an option to print an embalming report under the Embalming section. This would allow states that require both to easily pull the case reports they need. I am attaching the New Michigan
Regulations that the Funeral Director provided. He has noted those new changes and the specifics that are needed in the reports.
