automated notifications for urn check-ins at specific locations

if an urn is checked in at one of our locations, I’d like the system to automatically notify the staff (via a tagged account or email alert) that it has arrived—without needing someone to also manually send a message or add a note. Ideally, this would be location-specific, not global. We don’t need alerts every time an urn is checked in anywhere—just at certain key sites where communication handoffs are critical.

Is this something that could be triggered through a status update, location tag, or a rule-based automation?
