Ability to Rearrange Filtered Tabs on Inventory Management Tab

If a user creates additional tabs on the Inventory Management page (i.e., a tab for each location or a specific item category), the tabs should be able to be moved around and reordered to organize how they see fit, just like on the Case Listing page. Currently, the only option if you need to move tabs is to delete and re-create them in new order needed.
