Cremation is Final Disposition

When you select cremation and the crematory, that information should remain in the boxes for disposition address. If you are burying the cremated remains in a cemetery, it overrides the crematory address and replaces it with the cemetery address. ...

Fee requirements for cemeteries

Vitals Beta: Entering Zip Code only no longer populates city/state
