Under planning center, can pre need cases please have the preference questions listed too. For some reason, that tab is not listed for Pre-needs.

It makes no sense not to have the Preference Questions included for Pre-needs. It handcuffs the funeral homes that create their own preference questions.

Is there a way to send planning center invite from the funeral home? Not Passare. Many families lose invite and they can't find the email. It seems we have had many families that struggle with invite process. Also, is there a way that it doesnt end up in their spam folder? Lastly, could there be a section that families could could 'login' from our funeral home website as that is where they go to resign in?
