Is there a way to send planning center invite from the funeral home? Not Passare. Many families lose invite and they can't find the email. It seems we have had many families that struggle with invite process. Also, is there a way that it doesnt end up in their spam folder? Lastly, could there be a section that families could could 'login' from our funeral home website as that is where they go to resign in?

  Here are a couple of thoughts for you.

  Have you ever used text message invites? You may have more success with those, especially if emails to the family are ending up in their spam folder.

  It is possible to add a link or button to your website that would direct the family to the planning center login.
