Most funeral homes have an info@ email address, and it has become apparent that a great many of them would like the option to send all planning center messages to the info@ address. Having this option would allow the funeral directors to still receive normal notifications while ensuring if they are away for any reason the entire organization would have access to view and assist family members in the planning center. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is to change the correspondence email on every user in Passare.
In the settings area for Messages, there's a place where you can add Collaborators who will receive notifications of communication on every case. Funeral homes can add a Passare user for their "[email protected]" email address and they'll get notified at that email!
