Scott at Shelley Funeral Chapels was testing out the Messaging feature in the Planning (Collaboration) Center with a family member sitting with him. When the family member typed in the message, both Scott and the family member were expecting a "Send" button or that the "FH" button would send the message. They both explained that hitting the "Enter/Return" key is not instinctive to them and asked if this would be a possible addition to this feature.
Scott would like to be updated on the status of this idea.
We're currently working on a redesign of the Collaboration Center where this will be addressed--stay tuned for updates!
