Please provide instructions to esignature recipients. The first thing they encounter says sign here. There should be an explanation that they are creating a signature to apply to documents after review.
This will provide more of a comfort level for clients signing. The first page should not say Sign Here when there is no attached documents and no other information.
Allow all communication (messages, emails, notes) with family to be tied within the case
As a user, it would be helpful to be able to tie all our communication with the family to the case. So when we pull up the case, we can see all forms of communication (such as emails, messages, etc.) we have had with the family.
