As a user, it would be helpful to be able to tie all our communication with the family to the case. So when we pull up the case, we can see all forms of communication (such as emails, messages, etc.) we have had with the family.
Looking at this, this is not something we think we'll be able to do. Communication will be able to be tracked via notes on a case, and in the future, notes will be more easily visible from any page within a case, but we don't plan to integrate with any email providers to provide that level of detail.
