Yvonne Sersch pointed out that the system doesn't provide a notification if multiple services are scheduled at the same time. Would it be possible to have a notification if there are conflicting services?
Add drop down in service entry area on funeral options that states This Event is Not Staffed
This drop down would be very helpful for assistants and people answering the phone to know it is not staffed, it should also show on the page after you save so they do not have to go into the service as if to make changes. In Funeral Options

When scheduling a PN appt on a PN case, the appt shows up on the Case Summary as "Arrangement Appointment" but shows on the System Calendar as "Pre-Need Appointment". Customer asked that these be consistent as "Pre-Need Appointment".
