As a user, it would be nice to have the ability to customize which fields were required. For example, for pre-need cases, being able to make address and contact information required for family members.

As a user, it would be helpful to be able to tie all our communication with the family to the case. So when we pull up the case, we can see all forms of communication (such as emails, messages, etc.) we have had with the family.
